My Precious Mila,

Today you turned 1 month old.
  7 lbs 8 oz
  20.47 inches

TODO: Add T-Rex noises and always having a serious face (like mom)

A month has passed since the momentous day when you, our little miracle, made your grand entrance into the world. With your arrival, you brought us a newfound sense of joy and wonder that has illuminated our lives in the most beautiful ways. Our world now spins on a different axis, one where you are the sun that brightens our every day.

The gift of holding you in my arms continues to astound me each day. It is surreal, a miracle in the truest sense, and I am eternally grateful for the joy you have brought into our lives.

One of the loveliest memories we've already created was bringing you home and introducing you to our furry family members, Volk (aff aff) and Kessa (kitty kitty). Your interaction was heartwarming, a moment that will be etched in my heart forever.

Our little rituals are the highlights of my day. The instances when you finish eating and I get to burp you are precious. As I place you on my shoulder, patting your back, the cute cooing noises you make simply melt my heart. I often tell your mom that I could spend an eternity just holding you close, cherishing these beautiful moments.

Your blossoming personality shines when you smile in your sleep. Each of those smiles reassures me that I am the luckiest father in the world. All the late nights, the endless diapers, everything is worth it just to see that angelic smile.

Our first big adventure involved capturing your beauty through professional photography. Although you weren't exactly thrilled about it, we were able to seize some beautiful moments amidst your little teardrops. These pictures will forever be a testament to your spirit and charm.

Your mom and I have also found ourselves at the receiving end of some unexpected 'gifts.' We've lost count of the number of times you've managed to get us during diaper changes. But it's all part of this wonderful journey of parenthood.

The initial weeks have been a steep learning curve. Your round-the-clock hunger pains had us on our toes. During those wee hours of the night, as your mom feeds you, I found myself on the floor, attempting to lend a hand where I can, offering comfort, or simply trying to stay awake.

We've also experienced some bumps along the road. The late-night discomfort you've been facing turned out to be a dairy intolerance causing your distress. With this newfound knowledge, we are better equipped to ensure your comfort and well-being.

Mila, your journey has just begun, and we are here with you, every step of the way. Here's to many more months and years filled with love, laughter, and countless precious moments.

With all the love in the world,

Your Papa
